The intuitive massage services provided by The Tree of Light Healing Center are rooted in holistic healing, focusing on energy balancing and relaxation. These services are not intended to replace professional medical treatment, therapeutic massage, or advice from licensed healthcare providers. I am not a licensed massage therapist, and the techniques used in intuitive massage are non-invasive and aimed at supporting emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. 

By participating in an intuitive massage session, you acknowledge that: 

  • The services provided are for relaxation and energy healing purposes only. 
  • You are fully responsible for your health and well-being, and it is recommended that you consult a licensed healthcare provider or therapist for any medical concerns. 
  • You understand that any guidance, suggestions, or information provided during the session is for educational and spiritual purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice. 

 

By booking and participating in any session, you release The Tree of Light Healing Center from all liability arising from your use of these services. The intuitive massage sessions are complementary to conventional health care, and participation is voluntary.”

Energy healing services do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice. Any guidance or insight offered during a session is intended for your personal reflection and growth. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided during the session. 

  1. Payment and Cancellation Policies: 

Payment Terms: 

To ensure a smooth and professional relationship, the following payment terms apply to all services provided by The Tree of Light Healing Center, LLC 

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment: 

  • Credit/debit cards 
  • Zelle/Paypall 
  • Bank transfers 
  • Cash (for in-person sessions) 

Payment Timing: 

  • Online/Remote Sessions: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. 
  • In-Person Sessions: Payment is due at the time of the session, unless prepayment is required when scheduling. 

Packages and Discounts: 

  • For clients purchasing multiple sessions or packages, payment for the entire package is due at the time of booking. 
  • Package sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Late Payments: 

  • If payment arrangement are grated, and client becomes  past due on its arrangement it may result in additional late fees or the suspension of future sessions until payment is made. 
  1. Cancellation Policy: 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. To be fair to all clients and to manage our time efficiently, we ask that you respect the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: 

Cancellation Notice: 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. 
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.  

No-Show Policy: 

  • If you fail to show up for a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and any prepaid sessions will be forfeited. 

Emergency Cancellations: 

  • We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other urgent matters, please notify us as soon as possible. At our discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for genuine emergencies. 
  1. Refund Policy: 

Single Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us within 12 hours and we will work with you to resolve any concerns. 

Packages: Unused sessions within a package may be refunded, minus the cost of any sessions already used, and subject to a 50% administrative fee. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. 

Workshops or Group Events: Refunds for group events or workshops are only available if cancellation is made 72 hours in advance. After that time, refunds will not be provided. 

  1. Rescheduling Policy: 

You are welcome to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable fees. 

  1. Payment Disputes: 

Any disputes regarding payments or fees must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge. We will review all disputes in good faith and respond promptly. Any disputes after that date will be disregarded.  

  1. Late Arrivals: 

If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. In cases where [Your Business Name] is running late, you will receive your full session time or be offered an option to reschedule. 

  1. Exceptions to Policy: 

We reserve the right to modify or waive these policies in certain exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any concerns or need flexibility.
